Precautions for Using Steam Generators

Precautions during use, I have briefly summarized these points. Any omissions are welcome to be supplemented.

(1) The steam generator strictly prohibits the use of well water, river water, or lake water, as untreated water contains high mineral content. Although some water may appear clear to the eye without turbidity, after repeated boiling in the boiler's inner tank, the minerals in untreated water will undergo more severe chemical reactions. They will adhere to the heating tube and liquid level controller, leading to the following issues:

(a) Excessive scale on the heating tube surface will prolong heating time and increase power consumption.

(b) Excessive scale on the heating tube surface will significantly reduce the heating tube's lifespan.

(c) Excessive scale on the liquid level controller will cause malfunction, failure to operate, and may result in the heating tube burning out.

(2) This machine should be operated by designated personnel who have thoroughly read the instruction manual. It is essential to follow the warning labels on the machine and the operating instructions.

(3) When using a three-phase power supply, connect the wire labeled "N" to the neutral line of the power supply, and connect the three wires labeled "live wire" to the A, B, and C phase live lines of the power supply, respectively.

(4) The machine's exterior must be grounded.

(5) Before each startup, check whether the power supply is normal and ensure the water tank is filled.

(6) After each shutdown, promptly drain the water and steam from the steam generator boiler's inner tank and turn off the main power supply. Otherwise, the gas inside the machine will cool and turn into false gas. The next day, when starting up, the pressure will rise quickly, but only water will come out when the valve is opened.

(7) During operation, pay attention to timely blowdown. It is best to perform blowdown twice a day. Blowdown should be carried out at a pressure of 0.15 MPa to prevent pipeline blockage. Ensure the blowdown pipeline is properly connected to avoid scalding.

(8) Proper use of the machine will significantly extend its lifespan and save electricity costs.
